Rules of use
User Rules and Functionality:

Suppliers and Traders
  1. Suppliers create product offers with prices at the points of shipment of their products.
  2. Suppliers can offer their products to buyers who have submitted their requests for tenders. In the tender, they can propose their prices and agree on various delivery terms. The tender must be signed by both parties for the subsequent creation and execution of the order.
  3. After the request is approved, an order for the delivery of the product is created.
  4. Based on the orders, routes for transporting and delivering the product are created. The routes show the profit margin for each route.
  5. Statuses are formed at all stages of the business process, from the beginning of creation to the closure of deals.

Buyers
  1. Buyers specify the delivery address for the selected product, and the "Logistam" marketplace service offers all supplier options, including product delivery.
  2. Buyers can purchase products with the supplier's delivery, use their own transportation, or rent transportation.
  3. When creating an order, buyers can change the price and make their own price offer to the supplier. After the prices and shipping terms are agreed upon, the order is confirmed by both parties.
  4. Buyers can independently place their requests for the purchase of goods with delivery to their selected region, and suppliers can respond to these tenders by making offers, adjusting, and agreeing to all delivery terms of the product.
  5. Statuses are formed at all stages of the business process, from the beginning of creation to the closure of deals.

Carriers
  1. Carriers add their vehicles to the section "My Transport" and specify: (product characteristics, transportation rates, whether the vehicle is available for rent or booking).
  2. Carriers can either carry out the transportation themselves or rent out their vehicles for transportation.
  3. Contractors involved in transportation can create routes, adding products for transportation. The routes outline the transportation path and the initial profitability of the route.
